DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, announces that on 19 December 2013 Mr. Christopher Yewdall, CEO and Executive Director of the Company, advised that on the same date he sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a sale price of 6.875p per share (together the "Share Sale").

Following the Share Sale, Mr. Q. Kite, a party connected to Mr. Yewdall, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a purchase price of 6.875p per share (the "Share Purchase").

Prior to the Share Sale Mr. Yewdall's interest in the Company stood at 2,681,808 Ordinary Shares. Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Yewdall's direct and indirect reportable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,681,808 Ordinary Shares or approximately 1.9% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
