Director Appointment

Los Angeles, California: DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, "DDD" or "the Group"), the 3D solutions company, announces that the Group's Chief Financial Officer Victoria Stull has been appointed to the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Victoria Lynn Stull, (aged 41), was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2010 having joined the DDD Finance team in October 2009. Prior to joining DDD, Victoria was a founding member and Vice President of Sales & Business Development of GOQO, an online entertainment portal available in over 20,000 internet cafes throughout China.

Victoria also held the positions of Vice President Business Development and Vice President, Financial Operations, at Gemstar-TV Guide International, a leading provider of interactive programming technologies in the digital television market. Prior to joining Gemstar-TV Guide, Victoria held Sales Planning and Internal Financial Audit roles at Sony Pictures Television International and Sony Corporation of America, respectively.

Victoria began her career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. She currently holds a CPA license in Michigan and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Victoria currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

Market China, Inc. (the US corporation for the GOQO portal) - Oct 2003 to Jan 2007

Victoria holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the Group, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital.
