AIM ADMISSION

Further to the placing announcement released on Thursday 9th July 2009, the Company confirms that the 17,214,994 ordinary shares of 1p each have been admitted to trading on AIM and dealings commenced on 16 July 2009.

The company expects that a further 2,785,006 ordinary shares will be placed with Wistron Corporation ("Wistron") on or before July 25th 2009 once the subscription agreement between the Company and Wistron has been executed. A further announcement will be made once the terms of the subscription agreement have been met.

Following the admission of the shares, the Company's existing issued share capital will increase by 18.95% from 90,858,172 ordinary shares to 108,073,166 ordinary shares. In accordance with the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, DDD's issued share capital as at 16th July 2009 consists of 108,073,166 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, with voting rights. DDD does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in DDD is 108,073,166. 108,073,166 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, DDD under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
