Grant of Share Options and Directors' Dealings
DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, announces the grant of share options to directors and certain employees of the Group.
Options over a total of 4,500,000 new shares ("New Share Options"), representing 1.4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, were granted on 23 September 2014 at an exercise price of 8.5 pence per ordinary share, exercisable for a period of 10 years from the date of grant, subject to the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The exercise price represents a premium of 21.4% to the closing mid-market share price of 7.0 pence on 23 September 2014.
The allocation of the New Share Options to Directors is detailed in the following table:
