DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, has been notified today that on 30 May 2013 Euan Worthington, Chairman of the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.90 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Worthington holds 1,087,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
