ADDITIONAL LISTING

DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond mining, development and exploration company, announces that applications have been made for 2,642,839 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM") and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited ("AltX") ("Admission") following the conversion of certain of the 14% senior secured convertible bonds ("Bonds") by a bondholder.

It is expected that Admission will become effective on 30 December 2015. The New Ordinary Shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the share capital of DiamondCorp.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 411,076,580 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 411,076,580. This figure does not include the 34,329,667 Second Tranche Shares, as defined in the announcements of 2 and 3 December 2015, that are due to be admitted to trading on 8 January 2016 following approval at a General Meeting of shareholders.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
