DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, has been notified that on 2nd September 2013 Nick Allen, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.70 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Mr Allen now holds 207,366 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
