Dolphin Capital InvestorsΒ LimitedΒ ("DCI"Β or the "Company"),Β the leading investor in the residential resort sector in south-eastΒ EuropeΒ and the largest real estate investment company listed onΒ AIM,Β willΒ beΒ announcingΒ itsΒ interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 on 23Β SeptemberΒ 2008.

DCI will be hosting its usual analyst presentation and investor meetingsΒ followingΒ the announcement of the interim results.
