The total number of voting rights in the company was 133,327,311 and the total number of shares in issue was 133,327,311 each with a nominal value of 25p. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure (133,327,311) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Dairy Crest Group plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules.
