Dairy Crest Group plc (The "Company")Block Listing Application

A listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.The total application comprises a block listing application for 200,000 shares, to be issued pursuant to the Dairy Crest Executive Share Option Scheme. It is expected admission of these ordinary shares will become effective at 8:00am on Monday 17 November 2014.
