Dairy Crest Group PLC07 July 2005 Dairy Crest Group plc LONG TERM INCENTIVE SHARE PLAN ("LTISP") The Company has made a further award of options to participants in the LTISP,including the four executive directors listed below. The following options overordinary shares of 25p each were awarded on 6 July 2005 at a price of £4.79 pershare: M Allen 57,368 J W D Hall 91,162 A S N Murray 57,368 P W Thornton 57,368 The Company also allocated further additional shares on 6 July 2005, being thereinvestment of dividends on shares already awarded under previous phases of theLTISP at a price of £4.79 per share as follows: M Allen 4,245 J W D Hall 7,823 A S N Murray 4,677 P W Thornton 4,245 The total number of LTISP options currently outstanding for each director is asfollows: M Allen 175,445 J W D Hall 308,798 A S N Murray 187,474 P W Thornton 175,445 Exercise of LTISP awards is subject to the achievement of defined performancecriteria over a 3 year performance period.
