Update re Subscription

Further to the announcement on 30 September 2011, the Company announces that it has this week received a number of additional expressions of interest for participation in the Subscription. In order to allow time to process the required Subscription documentation, the Company now expects to close the Subscription and announce, inter alia, the final amount raised pursuant to the Subscription in the early part of the week commencing 10 October 2011.
