Update re Subscription

Further to the announcement on 12 October 2011, the Company announces that it has reduced the size of the Subscription by £20,000 from £795,000 to £775,000 (before expenses) as a result of non-payment of Subscription funds by certain expected participants in the Subscription. Therefore the number of Subscription Shares that have been allotted today and will be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow (21 October 2011) is 77,500,000. The Subscription Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares following Admission including the right to receive dividends and other distributions declared following Admission. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission of the Subscription Shares will be 139,095,283.
