Embargoed: 0700hrs, 15 May 2006 DCD Media plc ("DCD Media" or the "Company") Major ITV Commission DCD Media plc is pleased to announce that Done and Dusted Group Limited ("Doneand Dusted"), the leading independent producer of pop and rock music eventprogramming for TV and DVD acquired by the Company in February this year, haswon a significant commission from ITV.Following the decommissioning of ITV's long-running Saturday morning popularmusic show "CD:UK," Done and Dusted has won the commission to produce ITV'snew, yet to be named, Saturday morning music television slot. Done and Dusted,who pitched against six of the major UK production companies for the valuablecontract, will initially produce 15x1 hour live shows. If the format provespopular following this initial run, its life span could be many years.This commission is in addition to the previously anticipated Done and Dustedcommissions for the financial year to June 2007.Done and Dusted has filmed rock concerts by the likes of Robbie Williams,Madonna, Britney Spears, Norah Jones and many others as well as major eventssuch as T4 On The Beach and the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.Simon Pizey, Executive Director of DCD Media plc and formerly Head ofProduction for MTV Networks Europe said,"This is a massive endorsement of Done and Dusted.
