DCD Media plc (the "Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that application has been made for 154,018 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). This issue of equity relates to the conversion of loan notes by Rockmore Investment Master Fund Ltd.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and Admission is expected to become effective on 21 April 2011. The Company will have 61,595,283 Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission.
