CEO and other Board Changes

DCD Media plc, the independent TV production and distribution group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sammy Nourmand as CEO and the elevation of David Green to Executive Chairman. John Cusins becomes Non-Executive Director and Tarik Wildman remains Non-Executive Director of the company. All are existing directors of DCD Media and all changes are with immediate effect.

Sammy Nourmand has been a Director of DCD Media since November 2011.He has been CEO of the Group's UK and US TV producer September Films from 2005, having previously served as Finance Director. Sammy was instrumental in the sale of the September Films to DCD Media in August 2007 and under his stewardship September Films has enjoyed its longest period of growth and stability. He also took the role of acting COO of DCD Media between 2009 and 2010.

David Green, who has been CEO of DCD Media since 2009, will continue to merge his corporate role with special responsibility for leading DCD Media's expansion into the substantial American TV production market.

John Cusins, added: "The change in the composition of the Board is entirely consistent with the recent developments and plans for the Group. I strongly believe that in these roles David and Sammy will continue to deliver shareholder value from the Group's businesses on both sides of the Atlantic".
