Appointment of Directors

The Company announces that David Craven and Richard McGuire were appointed to the board of DCD on 4 July 2012. The disclosures required to be reported pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM rules were contained within the announcement of 28 June 2012 in relation to the proposed conversion of loan notes and the proposed waiver of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code. There is no further information that is required to be disclosed with regards to the appointment of David Craven and Richard McGuire pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
