Application for Block Listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in respect of the Dixons Carphone plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2016.
The shares are to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The admission is expected to become effective on 22 June 2020. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
