Admission to trading on the PLUS platform

Sunrise Diamonds plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that its ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on PLUS Markets effective 27 August 2008. The trading symbol on PLUS Markets will be the same trading symbol as on AIM: SDS.

The Company's ordinary shares will continue to be quoted and traded on AIM. Trading through PLUS is intended to enhance investor choice and improve liquidity for shareholders.

PLUS Markets is an independent London-based equity market, provided by PLUS Markets Group plc, which was recently approved as a Recognised Investment Exchange. PLUS Markets is based on a quote-driven trading system and currently trades all London-listed shares including the FTSE 100 and unlisted shares quoted on the AIM and PLUS markets.
