Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 134,612,701 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 134,612,701.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
