31 July 2007 PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC (the "Company") UPDATE TO TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the Company makes the following notification.
The Company announced on 6 July 2007 the issue and admission of 800,000 ordinary shares to trading on AIM following the exercise of options.
As a result of this admission, the Company's increased share capital consists of 314,684,130 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 314,684,130.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
