PLUS Markets Group plc DTR notification re Amara Dhari 6 October 2009

PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") has today been notified pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that on 28 September 2009, Amara Dhari Investments Limited ("Amara Dhari") issued 2,524,500 ordinary shares in its share capital to Ebrahim Abdulrahman Al Asfour and 1,800,000 ordinary shares to Mohammed Sultan M J Al Jaber. As a result Mr Al Asfour indirectly controls 8.70 per cent of voting rights in the Company's share capital through his shareholding in Amara Dhari and Mr Al Jaber indirectly controls 6.20 per cent of voting rights in the Company.

Amara Dhari Investments Limited also notified the Company of the appointment of Ahmad Mohamed A.A Al Omani as a director of Amara Dhari Investments Limited.
