PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") confirms that it has received a request from Amara Dhari Investments Limited ("Amara Dhari"), a substantial shareholder, that the Board calls a General Meeting of the Company. The Company has 21 days to comply with this request.
The meeting, once convened, will be asked to consider two resolutions put forward by Amara Dhari; the first proposing the removal of Giles Vardey, Chairman, as a director of the Company and the second proposing the appointment of Simon Brickles as a director of the Company.
A Circular setting out the resolutions and convening the General Meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.
