Director Shareholding
Digitalbox plc ("Digitalbox" or the "Company"), the digital media business, has been informed that on 15 July 2019, Nigel Burton (Non-Executive Director) bought 238,095 shares at a price of 6.88 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Dr Burton's holdings in the Company increased to 829,522 shares, representing 0.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
