Board Announcement
Polemos plc announces the sad passing of Jason Berry, a non-executive director of the Company, following a short illness.
Jason joined the board only in January of this year, but in a relatively short period made an important contribution to the board's deliberations. He brought with him his considerable skills and experience as a successful corporate financier and stockbroker.
Hamish Harris, Executive Chairman of the Company said: "We are deeply saddened by the news of Jason's sudden passing. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family at this time. He will be sorely missed by us all."
