TMN Group PLC25 April 2008 TMN GROUP PLC - TRADING STATEMENT On 15 February the Company announced that the Group had seen continued stronggrowth in the second half of the financial year (ending 30 April, 2008), with anumber of key client wins in all areas of the business. However, EDR, the Group's email marketing planning and buying agency, hasrecently seen a decline in demand from financial services clients. As aconsequence, EDR's revenue for the final quarter is expected to be around £1.5mlower than previously expected. Furthermore, the intra-group element of theserevenues has impacted margins elsewhere in the Group. Despite the shortfall inEDR's revenues, the Board still expects that Group profit before tax for theyear will be within 10 to 15 per cent. of management's expectations. Despite this shortfall in financial services - an experience which has beenreflected elsewhere in marketing services - EDR's revenue for the full yearwill still show a healthy year on year growth, with its lead generation servicesin particular performing well. Elsewhere in the Group, TMN Media and our Research divisions have continued totrade well and the acquired companies, Internet Business Group plc and TappsN.V., are both performing in line with expectations. Last week, TMN Group was ranked as the number one email advertising supplier in the NMA email agencyleague. The Board remain fully confident that the Group is well positioned for thefuture with its broad offering encompassing email and website marketing, leadgeneration, affiliate marketing and online market research together with astrong and growing client base.
