PDMR Dealing Announcement
Pursuant to the stock lending and forward sale arrangements entered on 8 August 2023 between Estel Asset Management Limited, a person closely associated with Michael Danson (PDMR), and J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, the Company announces that on 11 September 2023, 2,554,936 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the Company were physically settled and transferred to J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, as set out below. This transaction reduces the number of ordinary shares participating in the stock lending and forward sale arrangements to 15,173,364, being approximately 3.0% of Michael Danson's shareholding in the Company.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, provide further detail.
