GlobalData Plc (GlobalData; the Company)Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 31 March 2026, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the close of business on 30 April 2026, being the last day of trading for that month, consisted of 756,206,548 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GlobalData is 756,206,548.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
