Notification of Results and Second Interim Dividend

DataCash will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 22 March 2010.

The Board of DataCash is pleased to announce that in lieu of a final dividend, it has declared a second interim dividend of 1.75p per share (2008: final dividend of 1.4p per share). This brings the total dividend to date to 2.25p per share, compared with the total payout for the 2008 financial year of 1.8p per share, an increase of 25%. The second interim dividend will be paid on 1 April 2010 to those on the register on 5 March 2010.
