Holdings in Company

Osiris Trustees Limited as Trustees of the DataCash Employee Benefit Trust 

('EBT') has purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares on 13 October 2008 at a price of 242.3p per share. Some of the Executive Directors of DataCash plc are  included as potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof. 

Following this transaction, the EBT holds 588,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
