The Board of DataCash Group plc, the AIM listed payment processor, made the following announcement today, the 30th July 2009.
The Board announces that Joseph Blass has resigned from the Group with immediate effect. Joseph joined the Group in late February 2009. We wish him every success for the future. Ashley Head, Executive Chairman will act as Chief Executive Officer for the time being.
The interim results for the six month period to 30th June will be published in mid-September. The Board is pleased to report that we have made good progress in year on year growth in revenues and profits.
