Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction.
Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, has notified Darktrace that on 27 November 2023 she sold 100,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 355 pence per share.
The total amount being sold in the series of transactions was less than 3% of Poppy Gustafsson's vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
