RESPONSE TO PRESS SPECULATION

Daniel Stewart, stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, would like to clarify that contrary to press speculation the Company is not trying to raise new funds. The Company's balance sheet was recently strengthened by a £1.5m cash injection from Brainspark plc. Daniel Stewart has also raised further funds via a placing with staff in recent months.

The Company continues to focus on international expansion which, as previously stated, helped underpin a turnaround during the first quarter of the current period - with both April and May expected to be profitable (un-audited).
