IS Solutions PLC14 January 2008 14 January 2008 IS Solutions plc Treasury Shares The Company has today purchased 975,000 ordinary shares at a price of 22.5p perordinary share to be held as Treasury Shares under the authority granted byshareholders at its last Annual General Meeting. The Company now holds a total of 1,500,618 ordinary shares as Treasury Sharesout of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190. The Total Voting Rights ofthe Company are now 23,292,572 ordinary shares and this number should be used todetermine any announceable holdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
