Grant of Awards under Long Term Incentive Plan
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, "the Group", "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that on 10 August 2020 the following awards over ordinary shares of two pence each in the Company ("Shares") were granted under the D4T4 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to the following Directors.

The awards have an exercise price of two pence per Share and will vest three years after grant, subject to the terms of the LTIP, including continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions, based on the Company's relative total shareholder return and EPS.
These awards were granted in accordance with the terms of the LTIP approved by the Company's shareholders at the 2019 AGM.
