Director's Dealing
The Company was notified today that on 4 February 2016 Michael Tinling, Non- Executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 112.0p pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Tinling has a beneficial interest in 368,516 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's current total voting rights.
