(the "Company" or "D4t4")
Change of Name
Further to the passing of the relevant resolution at the Company's General Meeting, held 9 November 2023, the Company confirms the change of name to Celebrus Technologies plc has now taken place and becomes effective on the London Stock Exchange tomorrow.
The Company's TIDM will be updated to "CLBS", but its ISIN (GB0001351955), SEDOL (0135195) and LEI (213800HP3XUS3KTGWT63) numbers will remain unchanged.
Shareholders should also note that their holdings of ordinary shares in the Company will not be affected by the change of name. Furthermore, existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid for all purposes and new share certificates will not be issued.
Updated website address
Pursuant to AIM Rule 26, the Company also confirms that its website will be updated to www.celebrus.com from tomorrow.
