Global Distribution Agreement with Industry Leader

Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providing configurable application software and production ready modules based on feature rich, low power, microcontroller (MCU) chips, is delighted to announce that it has completed a global agreement with Future Electronics Inc.

Future Electronics is one of the three largest electronics distributors in the world, with 169 offices in 41 countries. For the first time Cyan has access to a leading demand creation distributor with customer support and fulfilment organisation that has a global presence and the ability to secure business that would not otherwise be available to Cyan. Through this agreement, Cyan will make its range of wireless metering and lighting control products available to the global market. Cyan already has products that operate in the complete range of ISM bands selected for wireless metering, demand control and wireless lighting control around the world. Future Electronics already has activities and specialised personnel focussed on these markets and this agreement recognises the synergy between Cyan's products and these global markets where Future is currently active or already established.
