CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, was informed on 30 September 2022, that, for administrative purposes, a third party had sold 989 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company held by Heather Peacock, the Company's Chief Financial Officer in her Self-Invested Personal Pension Account ("SIPP"), at a price of 11.06 pence per Ordinary Share. Heather Peacock had not authorised the transaction and immediately bought back 989 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11.30 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, her position remains unchanged at 879,259, representing approximately 0.37% of the Company's total voting rights.
