Cyan Holdings Plc01 April 2008 Press Release 1 April 2008 Cyan Holdings Plc ('Cyan' or 'the Company') Directors Dealing Cyan Directors Purchase 630,000 shares Cyan (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providing configurableapplication software and production ready modules based on feature rich, lowpower, microcontroller chips, was notified today that, Directors of the Companyhave bought a total of 630,000 shares. Kenn Lamb, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased on 27 March 2008, for hispension fund, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at aprice of 4.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Lamb has an interestin 250,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital. John Read, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on 27 March 2008,for his pension fund, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Companyat a price of 5.00 pence per share. Following this purchase, Dr Read has aninterest in 363,636 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% per cent.of the Company's issued share capital. David Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased on 28 March2008, 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 5.15pence per share and on 31 March 2008, 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence eachin the Company at a price of 6.25 pence per share.
