Board Changes
CyanConnode, the world leader in narrowband radio mesh networks, announces that Simon Smith, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect due to the length of his tenure. Simon remains a substantive shareholder and firm supporter of the Company.
John Cronin, Executive Chairman of CyanConnode, commented: "Simon has been a valued member of the CyanConnode Board for eight years. I would like to thank him for his contribution supporting myself, the Company and the other members of the Board throughout this extended period of time."
