Director Share Purchases
CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that Heather Peacock, Chief Financial Officer has agreed to receive 314,607 ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as payment for part of her annual remuneration for the current financial year. These shares will be issued today, at a price of 4.45 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 15 December 2020, being the day before the Ordinary Shares were issued.
Following issue of these Ordinary Shares, Mrs Peacock's shareholding and investment in the Company will be as follows:-

In addition to the above, the Company announces that Bjorn Lindblom, Chief Commercial Officer of CyanConnode, has agreed to receive 391,067 Ordinary Shares, also at a price of 4.45 pence per Ordinary Share as payment for part of his remuneration for the current financial year. This takes Mr Lindblom's shareholding in the Company to 1,188,109 Ordinary Shares.
