Director Share Purchase
CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that John Cronin, Executive Chairman, has agreed to receive a further 35,714 ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as payment for part of his annual remuneration for the current financial year. These shares will be issued today, at a price of 14.00 pence per Ordinary Share, being a 21.74% premium to the closing mid-market price of 11.50 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 October 2022, the last working day prior to the issue of these shares.
Following issue of these Ordinary Shares, Mr Cronin's shareholding and investment in the Company will be as follows:-
