Director share options
CyanConnode Holdings plc (LSE: CYAN), a global leader in narrowband radio frequency (RF) smart mesh networks, announces that, further to its announcement on 26 September 2024 relating to the share purchase by John Cronin, Executive Chairman, on 10 October 2024 it awarded 315,689 share options at a vesting price of 9.5 pence per share under the existing CyanConnode Matching Share Plan (the "Plan"). Under the terms of the Plan options are granted to employees at the same price and volume as market share purchases.
Following this grant, Mr Cronin will hold options over 3,572,109 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares"). In addition, he holds interests over 5,672,359 Shares under the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan. In total, 1,230,367 options have been issued to Mr Cronin under the Plan.
