Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the CompanyΒ in issueΒ as atΒ 31Β DecemberΒ 2009Β is 46,838,651Β with each share carrying the right to one vote.
As no shares are held in treasury the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,838,651.
The above figure may be used byΒ the Company'sΒ shareholders as theΒ denominatorΒ for the calculationΒ by which they will determine if they are required to notifyΒ their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of theΒ Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
