CRANSWICK SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME

The Final dividend for the year ending 31st March 2013, subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 July 2013, has been set at 20.6p per share and will be paid on 6th September 2013. The price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative has been set at 1152p. This is the average of the Company's middle market closing price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex‑dividend date of 3rd July 2013.

Shareholders who hold their shares in certificated form and wish to elect to participate in the scrip dividend scheme may do so either by completing a mandate form (which can be requested by telephoning 0871 664 0300 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras; lines are open 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday - Friday) and returning it to the Company's Registrar at:

Shareholders who hold their shares in CREST and wish to elect to participate must do so by means of CREST procedures. All elections to participate in the scrip dividend scheme (whether by completing the mandate form or electronically) must be received by the Registrar by no later than 5.00 pm on 9th August 2013.
