Cranswick PLC07 September 2007 Cranswick PLC 7 September 2007 Cranswick plc - Listing of 27,239 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to scrip dividend offer Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a listing of 27,239 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the OfficialList. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares ofthe Company. Following this issue, Cranswick will have 46,020,821 OrdinaryShares in issue.
