Cranswick plc - Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Cranswick plc (the "Company" or "Cranswick")
Scrip Dividend Circular (the "Circular")
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 49,578 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will be effective on 21 January 2011. Following the issue, Cranswick will have 47,594,436 Ordinary shares in issue.
These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offer in respect of the interim dividend for the year ended 31st March 2010.
A circular in respect of the Company's scrip dividend was posted to shareholders on the 10th December 2010. A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
