Listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to scrip dividend offer
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 54,802 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and it is expected that trading in the shares will become effective on 2 September 2011. Following the issue, Cranswick will have 47,715,709 Ordinary shares in issue.
These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of elections received pursuant to the scrip dividend offered in respect of the full year dividend for the year ended 31 March 2011.
A copy of the Scrip Dividend Scheme circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
