Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following: The Company's total issued share capital is 70,240,270 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. This figure of 70,240,270 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
